Parent Viewing will be February 27-March 3. This is your opportunity to come in and view class first hand.
Parents may sit along the wall on the gray carpet area for gym/tumbling or at the dance floor on the bench. Due
to our insurance policy requirements, siblings or anyone who is not a registered student will not be allowed in
the center or on the equipment which includes the spring floor. We obviously LOVE children, but please help us
by taking disruptive children into the lobby. Also, keep in mind that we are in a warehouse that easily attracts
insects - NO FOOD or SWEET DRINKS will be allowed into the center when viewing. Only water please. Bringing
in food and drinks will only increase your tuition fees due to extermination costs for our overhead. Bare feet
and poison are what we are trying to avoid for the safety of our patrons, so please leave your food or sweet drinks
in the lobby.
go to the restroom, get a water etc. We can not allow tardy students into class that have missed the important
stretching & technical part of class. You will need to get a makeup pass from the secretary :-) All hair that can
reach the eyes needs to be pulled up out of face when you enter class. Any longer must be in a ponytail. We
supply 10's of ponytail holders daily to students who have forgotten and ask that you please donate a package
for our inventory. We have a substantial supply of the thin/smaller ones, so large ones are requested. Thank
you for helping us to continue to provide you with this service!
particularly cheer team Coaches ask that you purchase your water BEFORE entering class and take
it in with you to prevent in and out that wastes valuable class time.

Students who are "pay by the month" students, not on auto draft, will need to remember to get the student
record card out of the black box at the secretary desk to take into class and give to your instructor. If you
forget and enter class, the instructor will send you back out to get it. Student Record Cards will be removed at
the beginning of each month and will be placed into the box upon payment of tuition. No student will be
allowed to participate in class until tuition is paid.
Tuition payment is due on the first class of the month PRIOR to entering class. Competition Entry
Fees are due ON or PRIOR to the first of the month. $25 late fee will apply if unpaid by closing on
the first (or before if a weekend).
