| *LOW REGISTRATION FEE $30* *WHY?* SFAC charges a one time registration fee to cover the additional fees that your tuition does not pay for. Tuition is for instruction. Keeping the cleanest facility in the area, secretarial work, nice temperature control and maintenance are covered by your registration fees. One registration form is required per family. (Forms must be printed and completed) Our staff will enter your information into a computer database. Email is our primary method for communication, your email will be sorted into appropriate databases to receive newsletters and information. Your email will not be shared or sold. It will be used exclusively for SFAC purposes only. Make sure you place all names and date of births for each student in your family on one form. You will not have to re-register if your child wants to change from one type of class to another. (Example: Gymnastics to Baton.) You will need to confirm and change the class in writing with the secretary prior to arriving for class. *Students can not participate in class, even for a trial, without a signed waiver or registration form. Keep in mind, we need changes in writing prior to any changes of classes! We can not allow students to show up for classes for which they are not registered. If the need arises, contact SFAC and a staff member will be happy to assist you in insuring that there are openings available and making the appropriate changes thereafter. If you send an email, please make sure that you receive a response that it was received and action taken. We do not in any way pro-rate for classes missed. If you are registering mid-month please ask the secretary how you can make up the classes missed from the previous week(s) or if it is best for you to pay by the class. Please Note: If you skip a month and withdraw all family members from our computer system, upon return, your child must be re-entered into our accounting software; therefore, a re-registration fee will be due. This is for each occurrence. |
